To get on our wait list for a tour and to find out if we are a good match for your dog! You can use a computer (not a phone) to download and fill out a 'New Client' form and send it to us along with your dog's proof of vaccination.   (see below for specific vaccination requirements)

You can upload vaccine documents to your client portal.  Ask your vet to fax, email or call us with Bordetella, Rabies, and Distemper combo vaccine dates, or you can bring them.

All dogs must have proof of the following vaccinations​

• Bordetella (we recommend 6 month booster, 1 year mandatory)

• Rabies

• Distemper combo

• It takes about a week before the Bordetella booster can effect. We cannot interview or  host any dog without current vaccines.
