To get on our wait list for a tour and to find out if we are a good match for your dog! You can use a computer (not a phone) to download and fill out a 'New Client' form and send it to us along with your dog's proof of vaccination.   (see below for specific vaccination requirements)

​You may upload vaccine documents to your client portal or ask your veterinarian to email them to us.​

All dogs must have proof of the following vaccinations​

• Bordetella (we recommend 6-month booster, 1 year mandatory)

• Rabies

• Distemper combo

• It takes about a week for the Bordetella booster to be effective. We cannot interview or host any dog without current vaccines.
